Meet our team
Brian
Our founder and president, Brian Marquis, R.Ph., graduated from Northeastern University and brings over 20 years of experience in pharmacy, cleanroom operation, and certification to the company. His deep expertise has shaped our company’s commitment to providing seamless support for environmental monitoring and compliance.
Sylvia
Sylvia is a Quality Assurance professional with over 20 years of GxP pharmaceutical experience. Over the course of her career, Sylvia has acquired proficiency in the GMP operations ranging from Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, 503b Sterile Compounding and Quality Assurance. Sylvia has implemented and maintained Quality Systems and Laboratory Investigations . At Pharmacerts, Sylvia is working as the Director of Quality and will be leveraging her years of experience in ensuring that Pharmercerts provides quality services to our customers.
Nuri
Nuri Shakir has worked in Quality control Microbiology for over 20 years. He began in contract microbiology at Microbiology Research Associates where he gained valuable experience with cleanrooms certifications and monitoring, Bioburden, Media manufacturing and qualification, Sterility testing among other testing. Working at Therion Biologics he work as lead for monitoring and maintaining sterility in a sterile-fill manufacturing environment. Nuri worked for Davol inc. as a QC microbiologist and chemistry backup for testing Hemostatic products. While working a Analytical Lab Group he worked as manager of Media prep and incoming lab operations . Currently working as Quality Assurance lead at Beckton Dickinson were he manages both Microbiology and Chemistry labs for Hemostat medical device manufacturing. Nuri, over his career has worked with products ranging from pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices and monitoring facilities to help maintain sterility while focusing on quality. He will be leveraging his 20-year experience to help provide insight and quality while delivering results in a timely manner.

Lou Iuliucci has over 18 years in product and business development experience. With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, Lou has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products, improve operational efficiency, and expand market reach. Lou is dedicated to a customer-centric approach, always putting the needs and satisfaction of our partners first.
